Other important factors are the buyer’s financing, earnest deposit, date of possession, repairs, and personal property that will convey with the home. Lastly, a Realtor listing your home has made a commitment to adhere to a strict Code of Ethics, which is based on professionalism and protection of the public. With a Realtor, you know you can expect honest and ethical treatment in all transaction-related matters.
